Your photos are encrypted and stored securely in our cloud infrastructure. We never share, sell, or use your photos for marketing purposes. Your privacy is our top priority.
You can request deletion of your data at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at support@adonic.app. We will permanently delete all your photos and associated data within 7 business days.
Due to the instant nature of our service, we generally don't offer refunds once analysis is complete and results are delivered. However, if technical issues prevent delivery of results, we provide full refunds with no questions asked.
