Welcome to ADONIC. By accessing or using our facial analysis service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our service. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use ADONIC.

By accessing or using ADONIC, you confirm that:

  • You have read and agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
  • You consent to our data processing practices described in our Privacy Policy
  • You are at least 18 years of age

Consent & Data Processing

By accessing or using ADONIC, you confirm that you have read and agree to both our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and you consent to our data processing practices.

Consent to Privacy Policy:You must read and agree to our Privacy Policy before making a payment or using our service.
Consent to Data Processing:You consent to the the processing of your personal data (including facial images) by ADONIC and our third-party service providers (Face++, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Stripe, Supabase) as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Service Providers:Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction. Each service provider has its own privacy policy governing data use.
Right to Withdraw Consent:You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, though this may affect your continued access to our service and may result in deletion of your data.

Stripe Payment Processing

By making a payment, you consent to Stripe's processing of your payment information according to their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Stripe works with financial partners for payment processing and fraud prevention.

Service Description

ADONIC provides an AI-powered facial analysis service that evaluates facial features across multiple categories using advanced image recognition technology.

  • AI-Powered Analysis:We use Face++ for facial detection, Claude AI and Google Gemini for analysis.
  • Same-Day Results:Most analyses are completed within 2 hours. Results are delivered via email when ready.
  • 120-Day Access:Your analysis results remain accessible for 120 days after purchase.
  • Personalized Recommendations:Receive tailored, actionable recommendations based on your unique facial structure.

User Responsibilities

By using ADONIC, you agree to the following responsibilities:

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ADONIC. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you may not use our service under any circumstances.

Accurate Photos

You agree to upload only photos of yourself that accurately represent your appearance. Photos must be recent, clear, and taken under adequate lighting conditions. Both front and side photos are required for accurate analysis.

Content Guidelines

You may only upload photos of yourself. Uploading photos of others without their consent, inappropriate content, or images that violate any laws is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate demographic information (age, ethnicity, gender) to ensure the most relevant and accurate analysis results.

Payment Terms

Pricing: ADONIC's facial analysis service costs $35 USD per analysis. This is a one-time payment with no subscription or recurring charges.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe , a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your credit card information. Stripe tokenizes payment data for secure processing.
Fraud Detection: Stripe uses advanced fraud detection and security screening. Your billing information (name, email, billing address) may be shared with Stripe's financial partners and fraud prevention services as part of their standard processing.
Consent to Processing: By making a payment, you consent to Stripe's processing of your data according to their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service .
Receipt: A digital receipt will be sent to your email address upon successful payment. Your analysis results will be delivered to the same email address.
Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Currency conversion rates may apply depending on your payment method.

Important: ADONIC does not control Stripe's data retention or processing beyond what is required for payment processing and fraud prevention. Please review Stripe's privacy policy for complete information.

Refund Policy

Important: Due to the immediate delivery nature of our digital service, all sales are generally final. Refunds are only provided under specific technical circumstances outlined below.

Service Failure:Complete failure to deliver analysis results due to technical issues on our end.
Duplicate Charges:If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same analysis.
Processing Errors:If your analysis fails to complete after multiple attempts due to system errors.

Refunds are NOT provided for:

  • Dissatisfaction with analysis results or scores
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Uploading photos that do not meet our guidelines
  • Subjective disagreement with recommendations
  • Expectations not met due to misunderstanding of service

7-Day Refund Window

Refund requests for eligible technical issues must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@adonic.app with your payment receipt and a description of the issue.

Results Disclaimer

Understanding Your Results: ADONIC's output is given for informational, entertainment, and non-professional purposes only. This is not medical advice, nor is it a substitute for professional consultation. Results should be considered as one perspective among many, not as definitive assessments.

Subjective Nature

Facial aesthetics are inherently subjective. Our analysis scores and recommendations represent algorithmic assessments and should not be taken as absolute truths or professional evaluations.

No Surgical Recommendations

We focus exclusively on non-surgical, non-invasive suggestions. We do not recommend or endorse any surgical procedures. Any such decisions should only be made with qualified medical professionals.

Not Professional Advice

The analysis results are not a substitute for professional consultation with qualified experts such as dermatologists, plastic surgeons, estheticians, or other beauty professionals.

Warranty Disclaimer

"AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" SERVICE: The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

No Warranties:

  • No warranty of merchantability
  • No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
  • No warranty of non-infringement
  • No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service
  • No guarantee of specific results, satisfaction, or outcomes

Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADONIC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Intellectual Property

Our Content: All content, features, functionality, trademarks, and service marks on ADONIC are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain full ownership of the photos you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or software. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ADONIC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Personal injury or emotional distress
  • Decisions made based on analysis results
  • Any unauthorized access to your data
  • Service interruptions or errors
  • Third-party service failures (Face++, Claude, Gemini, Stripe, Supabase)
  • Force majeure events beyond our control
  • System incompatibility issues

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR THIRTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($35 USD), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights.

Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
