ADONIC provides AI-powered facial analysis services. We analyze uploaded photos and provide aesthetic assessments, scores, and recommendations. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information
  • Keep your password secure
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

5. User Content and Photos

5.1 Your Responsibilities

By uploading photos, you represent that:

  • You own the photos or have permission to upload them
  • The photos are of yourself (not someone else without permission)
  • The photos do not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • The photos are appropriate and not offensive

5.2 Our Rights

You grant us a license to use your photos solely for providing analysis services and improving our AI models. We will not share your photos publicly or use them for marketing without your consent.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Pricing

Analysis services are provided for a one-time fee of $20 (or as otherwise displayed). All fees are in USD and processed through Stripe.

6.2 Refund Policy

Due to the instant nature of our service, we generally do not offer refunds once an analysis is complete. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion if technical issues prevent delivery of results.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload photos of minors or individuals without permission
  • Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Spam, harass, or abuse our platform
  • Upload inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
  • Circumvent security features or abuse the Service

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 No Medical Advice

ADONIC provides aesthetic analysis only. Our Service is NOT medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns.

8.2 Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, AI analysis may contain errors. Results are subjective and should be taken as general guidance, not absolute truth.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADONIC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by ADONIC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
